With a lovely lot that included a large terraced hillside, our homeowners were looking for an elevated overlook for afternoon tea. Only by walking the site, can Charles' offer a suitable solution.4-post lanai with modular insert ceiling panels at staggered heights for louvred effect. (Pictured is craftsman Eric Johnson, having completed a demanding installation high on a terraced hillside). Oversized stuctures are fabricated and dry-assembled at the shop. Each componant is labeled to a corresponding drawing before disassembly. On-site crews receive the labeled schematic with text for final assembly |
