The resiidence, situated on San Francisco Bay, looking south toward Sausalito. 

The double gates, as yet sealed and finished, mounted to CPW jambs, which are in turn mounted to stucco walls. 

This is a Cane Bolt.  Required for all double gates.  It fixes one gate stationary, with the other, operable gate latching into the stationary gate.
