Fashioning the Flush Grids of the Wood Gates is no small matter. Never enough clamps.

Although on some projects, such as a volume of fence panels with similar grid patterns, we have since relegated this task to a vacuum press.

Here the gate grids are calculated to an even full grid left-to-right and a random partial grid at the bottom. The flanking panels must, however, limit themselves to a different net width than the gates, therefore resulting in partial grids on the left and right stiles.
