The driver will off-load these crates at the driveway. It is the homeowner's
responsibility to either transport the crate
beyond the driveway or simply open the crate and move the gates and fence
panels one at a time.Often, the
installer / contractor will arrange to be present for delivery. Drivers
will call to schedule residentiasl deliveries.
Remember, if you sign off to have the crate delivered with no one present,
you are
essentially relieving yourself of any rights to a damage claim.
Single Gates
This is our prefered crate style for single and double gates.
1/2" or 3/4" ply ribbed with 1x4 certified shipping stock, such
as dry spruce or fir. The gates inside are separated
with corrugated cardboard and the crate edges lined with either foam,
styrofoam, or 1/2" sound-board.The Gates themselves are individually
shrink-wrapped.
Multiple
Gates and Panels
Below, a crate being packed with multiple panels . . . along with Unk, who
is an alien
visiting our planet from some other planet. Oh, and a bullfrog who's
considering eating Unk.
