The
wiring conduit is embedded within the concrete block core as the pillar
is being constructed, exposing the source through the bluestone cap
for an easy junction to the CPW Lighting Column. 
--The
2"-thick bluestone cap is cut outto receive the Lighting Column.
The column can also mount onto the surface of the cap, without a
cut-out.
