The same wood entry gate photographed 16 years later, and 40 years since Charles lived in this same neighborhood, Laurel Park, where rents have skyrocketed 400% over that time.

Flanking Panels: Base Price +15%

Here the gate grids are calculated to an even full grid left-to-right and a random partial grid at the bottom. The flanking panels must, however, limit themselves to a different net width than the gates, therefore resulting in partial grids on the left and right stiles.
